Mutual funds are restricted by their prospectus, and most do not have the authority
to go to a 100% defensive cash position. Mutual fund investments must stay within
the guidelines outlined in each fund's prospectus.

  Yes, the program can be canceled at any time upon a 5-day prior written notice to
Wynne Capital Management. However, we strongly urge our investors to give the
program a 3 to 5-year "fair trial," since this is a long-term investment strategy.

 

All accounts are held with a broker/dealer. We can only transfer assets within your
account between the funds chosen with the firm. If you wish to withdraw any sum
of money or liquidate your account, you must do it yourself; we are unable to perform
these functions. The account registration always stays in the investor's name, and the
investor is notified of any account activity by the broker/dealer and Wynne
Capital Management.
